We have worked with CORE Net for over a decade to scope and develop a client management system that works for our service. Over this time we have moved from using the baseline out of the box functionality to developing a system which holds all our client records and manages most of our client processes.
In recent years, we have worked with CORE collaboratively to build bespoke elements of our client management system, two notable examples were:

  • An "uploading portal" where we could upload a spreadhseet of client referrals in a specific format and CORE Net would then create records for these clients and flag where there were potential issues with the data and/or where a client may already have an existing record in the system, to allow an administrator to check and clean records/merge data as necessary. Up until the point of building this bit of the system, the process had required a large amount of manual copying and pasting of information and the implementation of this change freed up administrative capacity and allowed them to take on some additional tasks around allocating initial sessions that eased some admnistrative burden from the service management team.
  • A piece of work to send a new follow-up outcome measure for our service, to be sent a few days after an appointment, in order for us to try and review the impact of our service delivery model from session to session. In addition to this, they built new reports that would enable us to extract and analyse the data from these new follow-up measures alongside the attended sessions that they correspond to.
In each of these cases, CORE listened carefully to what we wanted, specified what information was required in order to scope the potential solution and built test environments in order for us to throroughly test and feedback on any elements that were not working as expected in order to ensure that as far as possible the functionality would work smoothly upon launch on our live site. This enabled us to prepare suitable documentation and briefings for staff to ease the change process when implementing these new features

I have no hesitation in recommending the CORE IMS software. Since we have introduced the system in 2020, it has made the administration of our service immeasurably more efficient. First of all, it is reliable and works first time - every time. It also has excellent tech support attached. If an issue ever arises it is resolved immediately and fully. The system allows us to harvest reach data which we can use for reporting and data informed strategic planning. It facilitates great clinical oversight over the totality of our clinical work and has become an integral part of the clinical governance structure. Our experience of working with CORE as a business partner has been excellent. They always operate in an ethical manner in the secure handling of client data, even when planning a training event. This integrity of their data management is hugely important to us as a confidential service and we have learned we can trust in this. Furthermore the software is excellent value on an annual basis. I can strongly recommend it.

All data is hosted in Business Grade Datacentres within the UK. Our Technology Partners hold ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent Accreditations.

ISO/IEC 27001 is the internationally recognised standard for information security. It tells our customers that CORE IMS has rigorous control over all aspects of their data as long as we are managing it for them. This also includes our own internal company data.

CORE Net software works for many Voluntary Services, easing the efficiency for therapists to collect routine outcome measures and for management to report for funders.

Whilst the majority of our expanding customer base in in the UK and Ireland, we do support other services in Europe too. In Denmark we're using the ORS/SRS measurement combination with a large specialist service supporting children and young adults affected by alcohol use. In Norway and Sweden, our sister company NORSE Feedback work with a range of public sector, private sector and non-profit healthcare providers.
