We have worked with CORE Net for over a decade to scope and develop a client management system that works for our service. Over this time we have moved from using the baseline out of the box functionality
to developing a system which holds all our client records and manages most of our client processes.

solution and built test environments in order for us to throroughly test and feedback on any elements that were not working as expected in order to ensure
that as far as possible the functionality would work smoothly upon launch on our live site. This enabled us to prepare suitable documentation and briefings
for staff to ease the change process when implementing these new features

I have no hesitation in recommending the CORE IMS software. Since we have introduced the system in 2020, it has made the administration of our service immeasurably more efficient. First of all, it is reliable and works first time - every time. It also has excellent tech support attached. If an issue ever arises it is resolved immediately and fully. The system allows us to harvest reach data which we can use for reporting and data informed strategic planning. It facilitates great clinical oversight over the totality of our clinical work and has become an integral part of the clinical governance structure. Our experience of working with CORE as a business partner has been excellent. They always operate in an ethical manner in the secure handling of client data, even when planning a training event. This integrity of their data management is hugely important to us as a confidential service and we have learned we can trust in this. Furthermore the software is excellent value on an annual basis. I can strongly recommend it.

Customers are successfully using the CORE OM in our software alongside other their own selection of standard or bespoke workplace specific measures.
Whilst the majority of our expanding customer base in in the UK and Ireland, we do support other services in Europe too. In Denmark we're using the ORS/SRS measurement combination with a large specialist service supporting children and young adults affected by alcohol use. In Norway and Sweden, our sister company NORSE Feedback work with a range of public sector, private sector and non-profit healthcare providers.
