CORE Net Systems Administration training

Is this workshop for you?
  • You will need to administer your own site so this training is a requirement for services purchasing CORE Net.
  • This workshop is for you if your systems administrator leaves and you require a new staff member to be trained.
  • This workshop can be adapted to be a refresher course for your existing staff.
What is covered in the training?
This workshop teaches participants how to use all the 'back office' aspects of CORE Net. Participants attending this workshop will leave having sufficient knowledge to be able to administer a CORE Net site
The training will cover:
  • How to add users to the site
  • How to deal with forgotten passwords and other log in issues
  • How to set your own service-specific lists
  • An understanding of how CORE Net works in the background and how to manage permission levels
Systems Administration training is usually provided on-line via WebEx.
