CORE Partnership Occasional Papers

CORE Partnership Occasional Papers are aimed at the development of best practice in mental health particularly in the area of psychological therapy services or “talking therapy”. The primary readership is seen as practising clinicians and service managers and the data is based on practice based evidence gained in routine use of the CORE System rather than randomised control trial based evidence. The emphasis is therefore on ease of understanding and visual interpretation of the data rather than rigorous statistical analysis. We hope that the papers will be seen as complementary to academic papers.

The papers currently available are:

1. Is initial overall CORE-OM score an indicator of likely outcome? (July 2007)
2. Assessing the effectiveness of a psychological therapy service (July 2007)
3. Impact of the use of the CORE System on service quality (July 2007)

Please click the link by each paper to download the PDF version

The CORE Partnership welcomes feedback on these papers, which should be sent to riche@coresystemtrust.org.uk
