CORE Net IAPT Version

CORE Net is a web-based mental health clinical management system available to practitioners in any surgery, school, hospital or consultation room equipped with a PC or laptop with internet access.

CORE Net provides the facility for clients to enter their responses onto a computer before a session, during the session or for the practitioner to enter clients' responses at a later time. All responses are displayed on the colour-coded summary chart, which makes it easy to use the data for discussion within the session.

CORE Net (IAPT):

• collect all elements of the updated IAPT Clinical Record (also known as the IAPT Minimum Data Set)
• easily collect the PHQ9, GAD7, WSAS, Phobia scales and the Patient Experience Questionnaire
